Hi Glenn! yup, using cyclades TS2000 to get to my netapp consoles. i just made up some DB-9 to RJ45 cables per the doc's here: http://www.cyclades.com/solutions/techtalk/techtalk15.php and they worked fine for me. maybe cisco would have some help on cabling for you.... -- michael ps: i'm connecting to F520s and F760's.
