conserver.com website down for maintenance

for a while, you can still connect to the ftp server.  i'm planning on
doing some major work on the entire system over the next 24 hours, so
things will be sporadic at best.  the mirror of the website can be found
at http://planetmirror.com/pub/conserver/.
