Swap Digi C/CON-16 rack[-aix] rj45?

Hello!

I've inherited two unused 220-230V:
Digi C/CON-16 RACK-AIX rj45
P/N: (1P) 50000598-02

I want to exchange these with a couple:
Digi C/CON-16 RACK rj45
P/N: (1P) 50000598-01 or P/N: (1P) 50000598-03

If you have any piece of advice according compatible consentrators maybe
with more serial ports I'm most grateful!
