some wish-list items for conserver....

Here are some ideas for the TODO list!  :-)

I'm going to actually try to work on the first one -- it's absolutely
critical in my environment where every connection to the terminal server
requires an access password to be entered, and so if conserver restarts
for any reason it has to enter the password before any output from the
ports can be logged.  Right now I have to manually connect to every
console and enter the password by hand (er, cut&paste :-), which of
course is far less than ideal....
